Life Coaching Package for a Mom

Are you a mom navigating the delicate dance between family, work, and your own well-being?  Life can feel like a whirlwind, leaving you stretched thin and yearning for moments of peace.

We offer a lifeline—a chance to exhale, share your heart, and receive tailored support.  Our compassionate coach, Hedy Setyadi, will walk alongside you in FOUR weekly 45-minute one-on-one sessions via Zoom.

Together, we’ll explore strategies to honor your responsibilities without losing sight of yourself.  Strengthen your connections, find balance, reclaim your joy, and flourish—with grace.

Restrictions:
All sessions are to be scheduled at dates and times that are mutually agreed upon by both parties and must be redeemed by the expiration date specified in your school’s online auction catalog and/or donation certificate.  Some unavailability periods may apply, especially during school holidays.

Life coaching is not medical evaluation, diagnosis, advice, or treatment, is not counseling or therapy, does not constitute a physician-patient relationship, and results are not guaranteed.
